HOW CAN WE HELP?
Where do you post?
We post Priority shipping meaning most items will get to you within 2-3 days. That means we can reach most of NSW, QLD and Victoria, however unfortunately we cannot reach SA, TAS, WA and NT within the express post service. If you are unsure, please reach out to us on socials.
Where can I pick my order up from?
You can pick up your order at our Warehouse or the following markets:
- New Brighton NSW (Tuesday)
- Murwillumbah NSW (Wednesday)
- Mullumbimby NSW (Friday)
- Bangalow NSW (Saturday)
- Our Warehouse is open for pick up on Tues, Thurs & Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Do you post internationally?
Sorry, not at present.
When do orders close? When will they be posted?
Orders for Delivery close every Friday at 5pm. Orders are then shipped every Tuesday.
For Pick-ups, orders are to be placed 3 days prior to required market or pick up date.
How do I store my bread?
Shelflife 3 days ambient, and then best stored in the fridge(particulary in hot or humid conditions) or sliced and frozen up to 3 months.
My bread arrived mouldy what should I do?
Please email us at orders@breadicine.com.au. We will get back to you within 2 business days.
Can return my bread if I don't like it?
No. Our products are perishable and cannot be returned. Because we use premium ingredients sourced locally we do not offer a money-back guarantee. That said, if there is a problem with your bread upon arrival, please send us an email at orders@breadicine.com.au and we'll gladly make it right!
Does your bread contain any dairy, soy, egg, potato, refined sugar, tree nuts, peanuts, legumes, grains, oats, xanthin or other gums and binders?,
No - we keep it simple! No weird binders, no grain-based fillers. Just yummy bread!
Is there any Dairy or eggs in your products?
Our products are plant based, so their is no dairy or eggs in our products.
Are your breads made with non-GMO ingredients?
Yes they are! All of our products are Non-GMO & Soy-Free.
Are you products Gluten Free and Vegan?
Yes all our Products are Vegan friendly, we use no animal products in any of our baked goods!
Are your products Organic and ingredients local?
Yes! Our products are Organic and most of our ingredients are sourced locally which we are super proud about.
