These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Breadicine website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before ordering.

About Breadicine

Breadicine is a small artisan bakery based in Murwillumbah, NSW. We produce organic, gluten free breads and baked goods in small batches using traditional methods. Our products are made with care, using quality natural ingredients.

Ordering

Our products are baked in small batches and availability is limited. Occasionally, products may sell out before or after your order is placed. Once production has commenced, we may not always be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders for products that become unavailable.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time.

Australia-wide Delivery

Full details about delivery, dispatch schedules, and storage instructions are available on our How Ordering Works page. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, courier delays are outside our control.

Bakery Door Pick-up

Bakery pick-up is available for pre-orders. Collection days and times are published on the website. As our products are baked to order, approximately 48 hours notice is generally required. Please collect your order during your nominated collection window — we are unable to hold orders indefinitely.

Farmers Market Collections

We recommend pre-ordering for market days, as products may sell out. Pre-orders should be collected during market trading hours. If you are unable to collect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Handmade Products

All Breadicine products are handmade using natural ingredients. As a result, slight variations in colour, appearance, crust, shape, and size are a normal and expected part of artisan baking. These variations do not affect the quality of your product.

Ingredients & Allergens

Ingredients are listed on each product page. Recipes may occasionally change, so we recommend checking product information before each order. While we operate a dedicated gluten free bakery, customers with specific dietary requirements should always review the ingredient information for each individual product.

Storage recommendations for each product are available on our How Ordering Works page. Please follow these guidelines to ensure the best quality and shelf life.

Returns & Refunds

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have a quality concern, please contact us promptly at orders@breadicine.com.au with a description and photographs where possible. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

As our products are perishable food items, change-of-mind returns are generally not available. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Website Information

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or updates may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and are not liable for decisions made based on outdated information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Breadicine website — including photographs, branding, logo, recipes, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Breadicine. It may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Breadicine's liability for any claim arising from the supply of products or use of this website is limited to the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
