Breadicine is the brainchild of passionate Northern rivers pioneer, Nadia, who began baking breads back in 2017 whilst navigating her own health journey, which involved a seemingly endless array of gut issues and dietary restrictions.
In 2020, Breadicine was born of a desire to share a vision for revolutionary bread. Bread designed specifically for anyone navigating nutritional and dietary needs, food sensitivities or who simply just enjoy wholesome hand made foods, that are delicious beyond belief!
A family run micro bakery based in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, Breadicine currently provides a range of Organic Gluten Free 'Wild Ferment' Artisan Sourdoughs, Sprouted and Prebiotic Gut Restore Breads, Cookies, Muffins and soon to relaunch Bake-at-Home Premixes. All hand made using the best possible organic raw ingredients, all natural, free from additives, preservatives, numbers, gums and gunk. "When I couldn’t find bread to sustain me, that was actually edible, I started to make my own. A perpetual apprentice, I set out on a quest to share what I've learnt about the therapeutic magic of connection through food.
